Specific Category Rules:

• The judged video clip must be limited to 5 minutes. If it is part of a larger project, copy the five minutes that you want judged.
• Projects must be displayed on a laptop computer.
• External monitors, televisions, VCRs, projectors, and projection screens are not be permitted.
• No live Internet connections will be available.
• Space will be assigned and limited to 3 square feet per project.
• Narrative descriptions are required. They must be detailed to provide judges with information to fairly judge the project including the development of graphics, templates or objects. If you are submitting a five minute segment of a longer video, please indicate that in the narrative description.
• All projects must have copyright information and credits. (Use the narrative description to explain)
• Spelling and grammar will be judged on narrative and project.
• Directions for re-launching the project must be provided (may use narrative).
• Passwords for booting the computer (if required) must be provided.
